I too have had a light on all summer. Got the electric bill for the barn...$90 dollars this month and yet not many eggs

They can be so adorable and by the middle of the school year I have them "whipped" in to shape and can usually get them going. When you have to deal with all the problems they have to deal with at home it's very hard to teach them so much of the time. It's so not the little guys fault the way they act. Sometimes I'd like to do away with some of my parents. I have some very lousy parents this year. And then the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree.

Although I have not had very good luck with pharoah quail the past two years, I have to admit that I find them very entertaining. I am considering buying about 125 eggs from B&D Gamebird farm

The cages have not been needed or missed - so will get them at some future auction. If I don't make it to Cement next weekend, I will get them at Fletcher. Time for your next auction will be here before we realize the month is half gone.

I plan to attend the one on the 16th.

I have the Oklahoma State Beekeeper Association Fall conference on the 30th in OKC and probably will be too tired to think afterwards.

So here is our new Quarinteen area.

NNbreeder rebuilt this window frame and I placed a fan in it for dust regulation. heres the beautifulroosts he designed

Nest boxes he hung for me I picked up from micheal another bycer who helped me in this time of need.

I million words cant express how thankful I am and greatful I am to have such a nice wonderful family here on BYC. also Big thanks to NN for staying late and talking which prevented Angela from having to pull out the 1 1/2 foot of packing from my wound. I was a nightmare after he left none the less.
7 happy babys hatched of 15 and 15/15 have pipped lets sit back this morning have a cup of coffee and Give a moment of silence for all bycers and family for there continued support in our lives. Amen.

On a good note it appears that it was just a cold they had all symptoms have cleared exept 1 bird who is over weight and she only has a small gurgling sound left.one more round of tylan -50 in the 3 birds that were really bad and 7 days water and vetrx treatments and I will hold em for observaion for 2 weeks then repen them all. I guess it all depends on how serious it is to a man to sell quality birds. Anyhow time to disinfect 5 acres should be fun bbl

WOW! I am gona few days and everybody gets busy here. Congrats to EVERYONE on EVERYTHING!
Especially for Stimpy. I am sorrry I didn't get to the porch raisn, I was over in Eastern Oklahoma with family.
I can't say how happy I am that Stimpy is doing better and is home. A lot of prayers went out and I praise God for answering in a mighty way on your behalf.

I hope to get to see you sometime soon.
