I have a few different bantams that I thinK I would like to get. Not OEGB Maybe buckeye, sumatra & some of the other less seen bantams.

You will be hard pressed to find breeders for those in oklahoma. 'course you could always wait until the show in shawnee this year. There might be folks selling them. I can check the latest APA yearbook, but you'd need to most likely be willing to purchase adult birds & have them shipped to you.

So far in Oklahoma I have only found one source & it is for eggs, I have inquired about chicks, started birds or breeding pairs......I won't be able to make Shawnee this year so I will just have to see what happens, I would like it if you checked the APA yearbook.

Just to inform everyone....

I know that this is Halloween Weekend, But sales must go on... I will be having the auction this weekend... Saturday 30th @ 5pm. Heck, where your best costume!

Steph, are you guys going to be able to help with the concession? Any one else know how to run a cashier booth?
I really need someone. We are short again this weekend. But we will make it.

Dont forget the next sale will be the weekend before thanksgiving. We will be doing PotLuck! Let me know what dish you may possibly be bringing. Thanks!

Hope everyone has been doing okay. I sure have missed everyone!

Frost back by the weekend.

I was happyly moving my remaining male and 5 females guniea pigs into their new pen when I discovered that thre of the five were males! So I have ended up with 2 females! They are as bad as my chickens ratio!2 females out of 15!

Travis Akhurst from your area has/had bantam Sumatras!

Oh Grace I meant to tell you that the Creek show was open to any 4H memeber in Oklahoma so whoever you got on the phone gave you the wrong info. If it was in fact on of the organizers I would like to know because that might explain why there wasn't very many at the show.
