Hey everyOkie

Donnie - sorry to hear about your aunt and am praying your brother soon recovers.

Jack and I went to see True Grit this afternoon. I really liked it (mostly). I like the dialogue...how they talked so formally. Greybear, there is a character in the movie that made me think of you - he was wearing a bearskin with the head still on it. I never saw the original True Grit with John Wayne so I can't compare them, but this new version is close to the book. (I also have never seen the Wizard of Oz movie.)

Good luck with your hurt cockeral Poco - my two cents on your hen would be that she's a short roadrunner - shows what I know about game birds.

So glad to hear Doc is home!

Hey, City - good to see you. Roadrunner gets my vote too.

I'm starting to see double. I think I'm turning into a pumpkin. I'm headed for bed. Take care, everyone.

Ok this makes me feel really stupid but I am starting with the green legged roo & a yellow legged hen. Are you saying to keep track of the offspring wiith the yellow legs & not breed the green......I'm not getting it.

Cool old pic! I like the old ones like that. I've been scanning our old family photos and cleaning up some of the worst of the damage and speckles. I plan on making them into a photo book through shutterfly. It is tedious so I'm no where near finished.

Hey Wayne! I just got home a bit ago. I have to work on Christmas Day, but am visiting friends who are having a get-together tomorrow night. I'll go out to the Panhandle to visit my family out there the 29th and come back the 30th. You are smart to stock up for a snow - just in case! I hope you get a white Christmas but nothing that keeps you from doing whatever you like.

I don't think we'll get any snow for Christmas in Tulsa this year - but I remember last year we had that big snow on Christmas Eve. I was driving home from Beaver in it. I remember stopping in Enid and logging onto BYC on my phone to check in - Al had posted some pictures of his Christmas dinner and it looked so wonderful!

I'm about to turn into a Pumpkin too - good night all!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS and MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE...

I'm going to do my best to make the Fletcher auction in January. I've got some downsizing to do before school starts up.
