OK here goes:

Click on upload, a box will open. Click the browse button & find the picture on your compter.

Once you have found the picture click on it, you will see the file name appear in the box next to the browse button.

Click on submit. It will take a few minutes but you will see the picture to the right when it is finished, Copy the Image code below the picture. Come back to the thread & paste it in the post.
