The disappearance couldn't be mysterious, it would come with a bang most of the neighbors would hear. Six weeks ago one of them asked if I had a bb gun to shoot their dog with so it would learn to not come on my property. 3 days later they heard a bang which was a shot to scare the dog away. Before the dog was out of my yard they were yelling for her. They leave me no choice.PS the police department has given me their ok because last spring I lost a baby goat to a dog, a 6 week old lamancha I bought at the auction and bottle fed for 3 weeks.
Oklahoma law permits the owner of animals/poultry being molested or killed by a dog on their property, to shoot the dog or require the owner of the dog to euthanize it. Oklahoma law also states that the owner of a dog that kills farm animals or poultry, can be required to pay restitution to the owner of the dead animal/poultry.
