Al, Were you watching when my birds sold last night? I had to pull out the injured hen and wasn't sure what they brought. So imagine my surpise when the pair of blue EE's brought $18 bucks each.
The big Ameraucana rooster that I thought would bring the most, only sold for $7.

In Febuary I hatched some of these Standard Cornish from some eggs Charley gave me, they are still very young but are already showing promise. They are real typey and their lacing is doing Ok so far, but they already have the size and breadth they need.

The bantam NNhen is doing fine. I have her in a wooden rabbit hutch style pen so she will be nice and warm in this colder weather.
Was she with a rooster before you brought her to me? She laid an egg today and I am trying to decide whether to poach it for breakfast or put it into the incubator
