We are having a garage sale this weekend to get rid of everything we brought back from the lake property and I moved 6 dozen canning jars from the garage sale stuff into a shed. No sense buying any more when I have plenty in storage.

Kassaundra, my first guess would be a Heinz 57 - which sometimes are the best dogs around because they haven't had all the brains bred out of them.

Les, I agree that the best animals are what we call "walk ups" around here.

Every animal (dog and cat) we have ever had and there have been many, have all been rescue. I don't care about "pure bred" or not just personality, and so far she is a keeper, as much as it pains me to say it b/c I really didn't want another dog right now.

When it looked like I might be confined to a wheelchair we started looking for a Doberman to train as a helper dog. Might still train one to see how it turns out.
