Guess what I paid for my birds, not high dollar after all. Talk about pricing your self out of the market.

Give me a break !!! I am sure they are nice chickens, but when the sun goes down they are still chickens...

Donnie - I thought I needed to go find my glasses when I saw the prices for the imported orps. I put my glasses on and discovered that my eyesight isn't all that bad. Yeow! Do you think Donald Trump is into chickens?

Do you have a plumber who could come out to your house? I looked around on the Internet and found this site. The only thing I'd be able to do if I were in your situation is get out a space heater. That's the last suggestion in the article.

My only problem is, I have no Idea where to start looking for the area that is frozen. I have a heater in the well. But still have no clue... Should I check a breaker or something to insure that its not just a tripped breaker

Thanks y'all ! I would love to be honorary Okie!

We got more snow last night, another inch or so, to go atop the 21 inches from Monday. I am so sick of winter! My poor birds are sick of it, too!

Hey, Donnie, are you gonna get some of those English Orps?

They really are gorgeous birds!

That's a good question. Our heater in the house trips the breaker several times each day. DH left the screws off the front of the heater to make it easier to remove the cover, reset the breaker, and prop the front panel in place. Our breaker is inside the heating unit. I hope you find your breaker so you can verify that it's not blown. If it is, you're a step closer to warming your pipes when you reset it. Good luck, Peaches.
