I am tired of rain! We have had proably 5-7 inches this morning so far! And its not over yet! Supposed to clear off this afternoon, not soon enough for me. I have spent the morning cleaning the kitchen cabinets out. If it hadn't been used in a while out it went! Brenda says I clutter so today I De cluttered!lol. Taking everything to my daughter in Okla so she can pick thru it and either keep it or put it in her flea market booth.
Boy a little rain and we have green grass everywhere! Things will really bud out now.

Sooner you mean you didn't let Maddie bring anything back from the swap! I never had that much control whwn I took my girls!lol

grew up in san diego- we got an average of 80+ small tiny quakes a day, you never notice them- its the larger ones- last nite our poor cockatiel was freaking out- so i assume thats what it was- and yes i slept through the storms and when i got up our dogs who are in a fenced yard must have panicked, they met me at the front door! hey anyone want a pair of beautiful mutts? they are 2 years old and need a home where they can get some attention and training- they are good dogs, but love to run- we really need to find a home for them

I did not feel the earthquake last night, but I have never felt any of the ones we have had around. Guess I'm just oblivious. I also sleep right through storms. When a young child I slept through a large explosion just at the end of our block, and being drug down 2 flights of stairs.

Artsyrobin, they are cute, hope you find a good home for them.

Good afternoon Okies. I got sent home from work at 9:00 this morning with instructions on not to come back until I'm all better. I go to the doctor in a few hours and will have to get an MRI scheduled. I'm not looking forward to it either. So I can't work, I can't clean, and I can't do much of anything else. I am seriously bored. Maybe I'll hit up the Atwoods in Clinton and buy me some babies to occupy my time. If I'm gonna be stuck at home, I may as well tame a chick or two. Lol. So what's everyone up to today?

Shavon! I do hope you find something that is easy to treat and cure so that you won't be in pain and can end these health problems.

I am staying away from Atwoods - but I did stop in at the Tractor Supply in Denton - just because I knew if they had anything cute and alive I wouldn't be able to get anything because of the drive home. They didn't have chicks yet, athough they had the bins and lights set up for them. They said they expected to get them Wednesday.
