May bring some stuf down friday after work if you are going to be ther..Are you going to have sale out side or inside.. Macy mite bring a few birds an the stuf sat.
Talk to a lady to day from Cyril wonting laying hen's told her to go to the auction in Fletcher sat she would find some..She said some one told her i had some for sale I told her i had sold out.

Michael,

I havent decided on whether to have the sale outside or in this time. Weather shows to be 66 degrees for the highs on Saturday... I was hoping for warmer but may have to have it inside one more time.

If I am not at the barn, I can meet you there. Just tell me a time that you think you will be there... Not like I live a long ways away from the sale barn. Definetly could meet you there... not a problem at all...

My husband asked me if I was trying to get every breed of chicken there is. I said hmmm...I wonder if I could get them all in Oklahoma? Actually I really just wanted a very colorful egg basket, but right now I would just take eggsin my basket

Hmmm...great, both the cuckoos have that white area on head.

Hey - you late nighters! After consulting with Poco, I clipped the tip off this chick's upper beak because it is way longer than and curving over the bottom beak. I wasn't expecting blood - have been applying pressure but the peeper keeps shaking her little head. I will keep her in a pet carrier inside and hope the bleeding stops soon. In a couple of days I'll file the beak. Any ideas on what else I might do to stop bleeding is appreciated.

Another forum on sexing morans said, "The head of the Marans all have a light or yellow spot on the top of their head, generally very easy to detect, but if and when its really hard to detect, you usuallly have a ROO. "

So wouldnt' that mean the opposite? Remember I am totally new to this.
