People don't realize that a fence is not a physical boundry but a mental one. To a horse or cow or dog that has been trained to respect a fence even heavy twine can hold them in as well as a solid concrete wall.

Im not worried about keeping the dog in, as some of my more doped up neighbors out...I can only imagine the lawsuits, as I have caught people out around my outbuildings several times....I have fired a shot or two and they tend to keep away, but if a dog attacks them, people can sue you and win over almost anything nowadays....
