Today I was fooled by my barn yard babies!

Been outside working on some fencing and I see that our Turkey Hen Rosanne was out and about(she has been broody on a clutch of 13 eggs and 3 chicken eggs) and I say OH JOY, I am gonna put another chicken egg and a few duck eggs on the nest... well I go to the area of the nest and there is Roseanne just laying away and growling at me...lol I did a double take and was like who in the heck is that then in my yard....

I go back over to where the rest of the barn yard animals are and sure enough James Bond our Naragensett Tom is flirting with none other than a Wild Turkey Hen

any how I went to toss some feed to the lil hussy and I think I spooked her with my kindness as she flew over the fence between me and Mr Mc Donalds place(yes thats his name)

from that point on James Bond was like " Come Back" Dont You KNow Who I Am? and boy was he sure strutting around the property fence... lol..

Wish I had a picture but alas I dont... may be she will come back.. maybe she wont... all I know is that James Bond has alot of explaining to do to his poor wife Roseanne who is all alone on a nest of eggs...
