Thats me smacking me for even thinking about it. I've got no room but I love that color. Maybe in a couple of years after I get my Lavenders much improved and down to one pen.

I have no flock, as of yet, but I am in the process of dispersing my homing pigeons and will be purchasing 15 Black Australorp chicks from a hatchery, probably Cackle. I hope to wind up with 10 hens in my backyard, using my former loft as a converted coop.

I actually have them sold, if the buyer can ever get up here to pick them up. I sold most of them at an auction Saturday and he is supposed to pick the others up this week.
 
Hey Micheal, can you get me two dozen of the Blasck Austrolorp eggs from the guy you know and bring them to poops, we have BAs that Dakota shows but all we seem to have hatched this year have been roosters!!!LOL There was someone on here that had BAs, I was thinking MJ but may be wrong!!!

Welcome to the group, hit up Donnie over in your neck of the woods about hatching you some BA eggs, he is a super nice guy and loves to hatch, talk to Joe on here too, I am sure he can hook you up with BAs in your area!!! We will be down to Muskogee on Mother's Day to the Castle if there is anything I can transport for you let me know and we can meet up or get a chicken train set up to deliver to you!!! News posted this morning that Osoma Bin Laudin is officially DEAD!!! Whooo HOOO!!!!!!! I am sure a lot of prayers have been answered here, what a chicken___T he was!!!! Have a blessed day all, I have to go to work!!!! Lynn

Thanks for the offer, Lynn. I actually have a gentleman bringing me 25 BA chicks for $1.50 each down Tuesday. He is from Muskogee and is wanting to get out of the chickens so much. He is coming down here anyway, so he said he would bring them. You can see some of the parents in the thread below.
