Still have not decided on what I am bringing to POOPS in the way of food. Was planning on making a pot of chili but my daughter is coming with me and she hates chili. Have to think on it. Maybe a pasta salad with add your own dressing is in order. How does that sound?
I had 10 ameraucana chicks and three millie fleur cochin chicks hatch this weekend.
Very excited!! Still trying to decide on what I want to hatch next. MJ I may take you up on the offer for partridge cochin eggs, but am still considering maybe some marans. Not sure at this point.
POOPS is less then two weeks away. I am very "EGG"cited.
I am so looking forward to going.
Well students will be here soon. Everyone have a wonderful day!
Morning, Okies: Had to drag myself out of bed today. I think I must have had a 24-hour bug. Sure felt like flu: fever, upset stomach, awful headache. Aspirin, tea, soup, and rest on a rainy day made me feel almost human, but I'm still wrung out.
I heard we're supposed to have a dry day Tuesday, so maybe the outside portions of the pens will dry a bit.
State testing is underway. I've changed my middle name to Flexible. I have designed lessons around having 3/4 of my classes in and out for various tests during each class period over the next three or four days. Maybe flexible isn't right. Juggler might be better.
