The sponge will work. Its hard not to open the bator up when some hatch out but it loses all your humidity. Usualy when they are hatching the humidity shoots up though but not always. Ive had your same problem here before buts it been awhile.

Styrofoam or Cabinet?

GQF cabinet bator...I have one to incubate in and one to hatch in....had humidity around 60-65 in hatcher, guess it wasnt high enough

Finally caught up....whew ya'll have been busy for the last 24 hours!!

P&B..when you upgraded Sprint, what did you purchase? I'm ready to upgrade....

Got Game...watch wheat with GMO...same as pigeons and bees. Bees have weak hive syndrome suspected to be result of pesticides use in fields thur spray and Round-up modified gene.

You are troopers Al and Peaches for getting the grounds ready for next week-end....Wow...what a job.

Wayne....my daughter and her hubby left Clarksville Tenn at 8 am Friday morning and followed the detour after Memphis back to Ft Smith into OKC at 10:30....took them 14.5 hours. Said they had never seen that much water at the Mississippi. They bought a detailed Arkansas map and took a detour from the detour that saved them some time....and relief from the detoured traffic off I-40. Hope your journey is a safe one this coming weekend.

Enjoyed the quips as I

Dampen the membrane with a Q-tip when you go to remove it and it will come off easier.

Hubby came home with 30 fresh fertile eggs given to him at the gas station this morning. They are all tones of tan to lit brown...some to dirty to set. I picked out 14, used a soft brush on them and let them rest all day... just set them in the incubator...surprise pot-luck.

GMO?

Genetically modified organism - any plant altered "enhance productivity" like a plant modified to include Glyphosate (Round-up). Many food crops have been modified to have an herbicide in the seed to protect the plant...wheat, soybean, corn.

Evening folks, took one of my Lt. Brahma's to Newcasle this afternoon, its going to have a new friend for a while. I posted earlier about a Coronation Sussex at Newcastle, I was wrong it was a Lt. Sussex. I thought about buying them and taking them to POOPS but decided it wasn't a good idea becuuse they would have had to stay in a cage too small for them.

I may be willing to part with one of my Lt. Brahma roos. if interested PM me.
