To all fellow Oklahomans and out-of-state-Okies:

As you may have heard, we are now planning our third People of Oklahoma Poultry Swap (P.O.O.P.S. for short)

It will be on May 1st, 2010 at the KOA in Choctaw, OK. For more information please visit the Okies in the BYC thread.

Here, I will be asking for and organizing donations.
Every attendee is asked (but not required!) to bring some poultry-related item as a donation for the raffle, this will help us pay for the facilities and other necessities. Possible ideas for donations are: hatching eggs, chicks, birds, used incubators, pens, a box of egg cartons, poultry figurines, an extra poultry book, handmade goodies, etc.

Here is an overview of how the raffle will be run:
All items will be out on a table. Each item will be numbered and will have a paper sack with a corresponding number to place your purchased tickets in.
The tickets will be available the day of the event, and they are reasonably priced.
The ticket drawings will be held at a set time.
