Hey, a friend has a chicken that is small enough to fit in your hand, but is already crowing. Do you think that it is a Olandsk Dwarf?

We would need a picture of it to tell if it is an Olandsk Dwarf or not because there are plenty of bantam breeds that could fit your description.
