Old age or sickness?

I bought this from my local TSC. Is it not strong enough because it only has .25% permethrin? The directions say to apply it directly to the bird.

You can use that, follow the directions (yes, you need to treat each bird individually). Clean out your coop and treat it as well.
Repeat in 7 days.
What I meant by directly was that it doesn't have me make a water solution with it, which @Eggcessive suggested, but apply the powder directly. Thank you all for your help!

Has this hen just come out of a very hard molt? Is she noticeably underweight? She may be merely weak from molt and suffering from vitamin deficiencies. We've had a couple such cases this week where a chicken was very sick and weak but responded quickly to vitamin B complex and vitamin E plus high protein foods. I suggest trying the concentrated supplements rather than the multivitamin solution and pushing boiled egg and tofu.

Hello everyone, I haven’t updated y’all in awhile because the holidays have been so hectic. Nel is rid of all signs of love (no lice or lice egg sightings). There is one problem though, she can’t walk. Her toes are all curled up and she can’t seem to incurl them. She hobbles around a little bit on her curled feet and legs, but I’m sure it is bad for her let alone it doesn’t et her anywhere. Is it paralysis? Is it a deficiency? Is it Mareks disease? Is it a side effect of the lice? Thanks for all of the help!!

I’m having some difficulty uncurling her feet and taking pictures. Is this alright?

From the top view, her joints almost look swollen. Considering her age, I wonder if she's experiencing arthritis or gout possibly. You could try giving small amounts of baby aspirin (look up dosing instructions by weight) and see if it improves.
