Out of 12 chickens different breeds i have only one left how can i get her certified she is a brown leghorn and she is 13 1/2 years old.

The oldest chicken that made the world record was 16 yrs old and healthy my chicken is doing pretty good but she has arthritis in both legs but gets around with her wings and she has a big area to wonder around the coop is in a cage'
