The oldest chicken that made the world record was 16 yrs old and healthy my chicken is doing pretty good but she has arthritis in both legs but gets around with her wings and she has a big area to wonder around the coop is in a cage'

Welcome back, and glad to meet you! You must have taken such good care of that old lady.

As far as I can see with Google, certifying chickens is for certifying meat birds as raised organic, or raised humanely. I don't see other sorts of certification, and doubt that you plan to offer this old lady for slaughter at her age. What are you trying to do?
