I bought a pair of, what was sold as, old english game bantams. But, the more I look at the shape of the rooster he looks more like a serama. They are both so teeny and they are shaped just like very nice seramas. The only think that tells me they are OEGB is that the rooster has a dubbed comb, I think thats what you call it.

I would appreciate it if someone would show me a picture of their OEGB beside a coke can or something like that so I could see the size. Thanks!!!

I don't have a picture, I'll be able to tell if someone posts a pic of an OEGB. I'm 99% sure they are OEGB but I want to be positive. :)

Here's a pic of my OEGB roo at 20 weeks. I'll post younger pics tomorrow if you need them.

I agree, their size can make telling them apart confusing. I have both, and I can you the difference right off. A Serama has an almost vertical stance, with the wings nearly straight up and down, the chest out with the head lined up with the wings. The tail should be fully erect, and the body very compact looking. The tail will nearly touch the back of the head.

An OEGB has a much longer back and more relaxed pose. The wings are more angled and the body is more parallel with the ground.

This is my girl on my shoulder. Sweet thing

She's our favourite chicken (don't tell the others)

peeps7 if they are tiny like you say, then I do believe you have bought yourself a 'very nice' pair of OEGB. They are supposed to be tiny.

Do they also have a nice round breast area?
