Old English Game? Roo or pullet?

This is our 2 year old's "Baby rooster". Looking and comparing I am guessing OEG but I am not sure. (S)he came to us and we were old was 8 weeks old. It has not grown a centimeter since we got it over a month ago. No signs of crowing or other rooster things. And we found a tiny white egg in the nest box the other day... this is the only bantum we have.

Welsummers are big birds - and if you say he hasn't grown in size in a month, then it's definitely not a Welsummer.

I think you are correct in saying he's an OEGB.

Oh, and yes, it's a roo.
