Old English or American Game Fowl?

I am having a really hard time determining the difference between the two breeds. Which would you say these two birds are?

First apears to be an American gamefowl, looks like a Mclean hatch, second is a American mix with an egg layer , worthless

I am having a really hard time determining the difference between the two breeds. Which would you say these two birds are?

I realize this post is a couple years old, but the difference is very subtle basically the same bird but the American game has a few more genetics to it. Usually, the tail feathers are just a little bit longer.
