Old Enough to Lay?

    Are my hens old enough to lay? They are almost 23 weeks old.

    Yes! Depending on the breed, they should be laying any time now. Some breeds mature slower than others.

    A tip: "hens" are actually called "pullets" until they are a year old! [​IMG]
