You have some beautiful birds there, and crosses can turn out to be some beauties too, Love the pics, I know Rachel I can't imagine one of bantams with 25 chicks. they'd have to bunch up and cover her.The breeds of chicken I have are egyptian fayomi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egyptian_Fayoumi), some are RIR crosses, the broody is an aseel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asil_(chicken) cross, too much crosses going on here. The chicks are then crosses of these with an Aseel Rooster, here are the pictures of the parents.
I'm thinking 24 because my last 2 to hatch were at the same time as yours. Mine is now crowing, looks like Asparagus wants someone to cover him. lolIm really annoyed because i cant remember the age of the chicks!, i dont know if they are 23 or 24 weeks!, Asparagus is starting to get spurs now! but he isnt crowing yet.
