Our broody hen gets off of the nest every day, and some days she is off 2 or 3 times.... she doesn't stay off long and goes back as soon as she's done her business...
when she is out she does what we call her 'speed scratching' looking for her grains and usually makes 'chook, chook, pook, pook' noises the whole time as if she is already talking to chicks or showing them how to scratch.
When she gets off the nest, how long does your hen stay out? Is she trying to roost with the other hens at night? I wouldn't worry about a few 10 minute trips out and about... if she is trying to roost with the others at night then that would be different.
