If they are on week 3 then won't be much longer 8-10 days, they don't all pop out at once it takes a few days usually for all to hatch.

Nice thing is mama will do all the work all you have to do is supply food and water and enjoy. Make sure both mamas are safe from the rest of the flock for at least 2-3 weeks to give ducklings time to get going good and learn a few things from mom.
