Old favorite hen acting odd and smells terrible!

To spray on her butt for the maggots you mean? Is it a spray I can get at tractor supply? Thanks for helping me!!!
I’m not sure exactly how you’d apply it, possibly spray, but dosing might be an issue. I’ve only done drop dosing for worms, like 4-6 drops on a hen.

She's doesn't want me to leave her sight. She's ate a lot of her food. Just gets really chilly easily. I wonder why?

Trim the feathers away from the wound so you can see it better.

If maggots are still coming out, then you'll need to keep rinsing and picking them off.
Possible they may be inside her, if the abdominal cavity is breached, it can happen.
Hopefully this is not the case.

Ivermectin is not going to help.
You can apply a bit of Swat Gel if she's going outside.

Keep the tissue lightly covered with triple antibiotic ointment.

An antibiotic is up to you. Some give them to help with infection, some don't, but the bottom line is the maggots have got to go and the wound cleaned out really well.
Amoxicillin would be a better choice than Tylan50. Sometimes you can find Amoxicillin at TSC depending on where you live. If Tylan50 is all you have or can get, I would give her a relatively high(er) dose than you would give for respiratory illness.
Tylan has a dose range of 10-40mg/kg given orally 3 times a day, so I'd go for 30-35mg/kg given orally 3times a day for 5 days.

Get some electrolytes into her and see that she eats. Protein (egg, fish, meat) would be good to give in addition to her normal feed.

Ok ill trim her feathers. Does it matter if I get too close to the beginning of where the feathers start? I didn't know if they have blood vessels there. I'll give her the Tylan 50 then. I hope they haven't breached in her abdomen cavity. So scary! I mean she's eating and drinking and I'm not seeing maggots now her wound looks a lot cleaner today. The fly spray gel can be applied down there then? Thank you @Wyorp Rock you've saved me for a few years now with my chickens. It's greatly appreciated!

Yes, you can use the gel around the edges of the wound.

Use your judgement on the feathers, but usually you can trim them pretty short, especially fluff. It's easier to see where to cut/trim when feathers are wet so you don't cut into skin.

She's older, so she may have more going on which resulted in her ending up with Flystrike but do the best you can.
I'm hoping she'll pull through for you. :hugs

Morning update she's acting like her old self you guys! Good mood, chatty, flapping her wings strutting around. Went to tractor supply again for the fly spray supplies and antibiotic. She's eating and giving me attitude every time I try to doctor her. So things are looking up for miss Giddy! Thanks everyone for the support and helpful info!!! I'll keep everyone updated!
