Old hen with odd new growth on comb

Hi! Been a minute since my last post.

I was looking at one of my old farm hens, Scarlett (around 5 years old) today when I noticed a strange new growth on her comb. Should I be concerned? Not a clue when it formed.
I’m not sure what I could do about it but I just wanted to ask.

I don’t see anything unusual except a little knob on the second point which might be from a peck wound.
