I have a bantie chicken that is ten years old this year. She was named Blackie by a friends child because she was all black.
Well, as the years went on when she molted she got white feathers on her head. Then she was pok-a-doted. Now Blackie is all white! Anyone have a similar experience? Guess she is following my lead. ., , I had brown hair when I got her and now I am all gray.
