old poop stuck on 3 week old chick's foot, cutting into toe

i will look for it, thank you, i looked at the photo again and i sure hope she doesn't lose her claw. it looks like the tissue has died.

How did everything work out. Two of my four week old chicks have this problem, and I feel terrible. I didn’t know they could lose their toes. I thought the poo would just come off on it’s own. Did their toe recover?
