Old Timer 1st time having chickens in Utah

Ty for the reply, been working on the coop and the run all month, and I've been doing pretty well considering I turned 70 in January.
We are picking up 6 pullets on Saturday.
I will make a thread with the build results and the new girls.

I have gathered much helpful info by reading many threads to add to my ancient knowledge.

There are a couple of different places you can make a thread for yourself. One is https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/pictures-stories-of-my-chickens.39/

This would be where you can post whatever you like, and can give the link to your family and friends who may not be members of BYC to see your pictures or updates. A lot of members have one. I have one and it's just about my silkie chickens mostly.

For just your coop and run though, if you document it well with photos, blueprints, materials lists, explanation for how you built it, etc., you could post it in our Coop forum. After you've done that, you can enter it in the forever-running coop contest here. If that one ends before you're finished, look for the new one.
