old trampoline frame

When the trampoline top gets too worn for a cover I'm going to make a roof frame from bent PVC pipes and cover it with wire & tarp. Something like 3/4" PVC bent in arcs from one leg to the opposite side and held in place with those flexible hose clamps. I think you could use 4 pipes bent to attatch to each of the 8 legs.

By the way I've discovered that my friends and neighbors have been sneaking over to lay on the trampoline/chicken pen at night!!! (no chickens are in it currently and it has no wood or stuff on top at the moment). It's even been attracting strange kids to come over to jump on it. I had no idea! It didn't even occur to me to hop up on the "chicken pen" roof.

Here is my version of a trampoline pen. It's flipped upside down and pipe welded where the legs were. Added a gate for a door and wrapped with chicken wire. No top. This is going to be for young ducks. I will have a shelter inside of the pen for them to go in at night and to get out of the rain if need be.
