In another thread, birdlover posted the words to the old tv commercial "see the USA with your Chevrolet....." She did say that the song ended with a big smooch thrown by Dinah Shore. I got a flashback of me sitting on the couch with my feet straight out in front of me (cuz my legs were too short to reach the floor) watching the Dinah Shore show. Then I started to think about some of the other shows that my parents watched. Like 'Palladin' and the Groucho Marks game show. Jackie Gleason. Are there any other old timers like me here who can remember some of these?
