Old utility trailer, give me some ideas!

We have an old 5x8 utilty trailer we will be converting into a coop very soon. I am not great with carpentry nor design, so I would love some ideas for this trailer... the bottom is sound, but the sides need to be removed and replaced (wondering how high to make the sides?). I'm not sure what kind of roof would be secure yet easy to install. How many windows would we need? It get hot here (in FL) so ventilation is a priority.

Thanks in advance for any ideas! We have 6 chicks that will be moving in as soon as we have it ready

I don't know exactly, perhaps a standard utility trailer size, 4x8-ish?
