We will take him!!!
DH is great at training evil brothers and horses. I don't know if there is enough time to finish him out before he turns 18, though.
You would have to pay shipping, but the training would be free. He would be so happy to come back home, he will be a changed fella. He would still ride bulls, though. but he would be kind to the animals and you, when he comes home.
We are not a bad home, unless you don't do chores and take care of all the animals!
We have several hundred chickens, hogs, pot-belly pigs, rabbits, milk goats, 4-horn sheep, regular sheep, horses, dogs that will take you down if you hurt their animals, and a cat.
There are plenty of things to keep him busy, and DH is very Old-School,
so he wouldn't have a choice about doing chores and doing them correctly.
Show him this post and let him know how good he has it where he is and if he doesn't start being nicer, you might just ship off to Texas!!!
