I have no clue what colors the mother's are, but my other breeder has female quail from 7_11 ounces besides the jumbo variety and my spitz can't weigh more than 2x the upper weight.
Plus she'll probably stay away in the cooler side of the pen since she doesn't need the heat lamp anymore so she won't constantly be around them.
