This dude is going have a rough late fall to early winter as he has just started molt. His an older American Dominique. He is already having trouble staying warm. Lowest temperatures he has endured in the last week or so have been in the lower 10's F.

I have some naked birds right now. Up his protein and keep him dry. Does he have anyone to snuggle with?

Box will be stuffed with straw. He will not use it until it gets real cold, then move will likely occur at night. Base diet is already upped in terms of protein. He will stay alone until completion of molt. Then he has to go back into breeding pen.
