I feel like I’ve made so many posts about my boy Cherry this year 🤣
My drake, Cherry, is about 6 years old. I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that his left wing has this slight droop in it, maybe an inch or so lower than where it’s supposed to be. Like, if a duck with angel wing recovered 90% of the way.

He can still get his wing up to where it’s meant to be, but he’s never had this droop before. He molted maybe 2 months ago, the droop not appearing until afterwards. I don’t think it’s injured / know how he could’ve injured it. I’m just curious what it could be, or if anyone else has had an older duck with a droopy wing? Any chance it could worsen? It’s not a problem for him right now, it’s just a bit odd.

Not the same, but maybe it will help. I had a young drake with a severely drooping wing one day. He turned out to have a small cut on the underside of his wing. The vet found it, I didn’t see it under all his feathers. The vet said he must have gotten his wing over something and snagged it. I never did figure out how he could have done that.
