Older GQF Cabinet Incubator Temps at 121F!

I don't know what to do, I am about to leave on vacation in the morning.

I at least should order replacement parts but I am not sure what has gone? The thermostat maybe??

It is an older model GQF cabinet, a 1233 or 1255 or something like that.

We had a long power outage recently, perhaps something got fried?

I unplugged it but I am about to leave for the day, I tried to lower the temp but the red light heat element stayed on the entire time.

Help!

I've accepted that all the eggs must be dead. I'll be bringing them to the dump Sad start to my morning, I had eggs that I was really looking forward to hatching.

Not sure what I will do about the incubator. The wafers look fine?
