Older hen fluffed up and not eating

She sounds like she has sour crop. Offer her fluids
Update
Hen is awake - and she is determined. One tough bird!
She came out of crate on her own.
Drank a little and ate a little yogurt.
On 4 th treatment.
Monistat 1/2 inch orally
2 times a day- started Sunday night. The Day I came home.
I am leaving water with garlic oil and acv
Food dish has a small amount of Greek plain yogurt
And a little cat food.
Still has loose stools but I do see some improvement today.
Yesterday I wrapped her in a towel and we visited her flock for a little bit. All the hens were very chatty with her- "Where have you been? We miss you!"
Yeah I now speak chicken language - 😄 🤣

I am glad she is trying to eat today! Hopefully but guarded -

You can see she is alert but her posture of tail down shows she isn't feeling well. She came out of the crate to eat. The crate had liquid diarrhea- but her water was clear and she isn't so full of liquid - monistat is working
It is a challenge to get her to take it.

With birds suffering from crop disorders like slow crop you can help them eat and drink by lifting up their water and feed dishes so they will not have to bend down which then can cause the crop content to spill out again making it hard to breathe.
I do have the food raised- I will do the same for the dog dish for the water.
Seems like she is regurgitating liquid even with us being careful..... we give her monistat 2 times a day and it is a 2 person job

When I've had an older hen exhibiting all of the signs that your is, I always administer terramycin Scours tablets. It works every time for me. You now need a prescription from a vet ( not hard to do). Give one tablet/day for 4 days. It's a large pill, but if you pull on her waddles, she'll open her
mouth and you can shove it in.

So I need a script for antibiotics for sour crop?
my vet doesn't see chickens 😕

She sounds like she has sour crop. I don’t recommend tipping her forward or upside down to make her vomit, since that has the potential to cause her to choke and aspirate and die. Offer her fluids with electrolytes tomorrow. Check her crop early morning before she drinks to see if it has emptied. Do not massage her crop if it is full and puffy. Be careful not to accidentally press on her crop if her pick her up, since it can force fluid and crop contents back up into her throat and airway. This is a good article on crop problems:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/
She is still not well-
Doing everything in the article-
She threw up again - her crop was so full of liquid - even with picking her up and avoiding that area she was regurgitating and this time some long grass like items.
Mostly smelly brown liquid and green diarhea.
The monistat is not working-
Still giving it-
Day 5 started Sunday night
Someone mentioned it could be other health issues.
More reading and research.
I do have nystatin but no antibiotics
Apparently I need a script for that.

Antibiotics can make sour crop worse if it is fungal. You may want to check into using a feeding tube to clean out her crop and then flush it with clean water. Some people use acidified copper sulfate 1/4 tsp per gallon for 3-5 days if sour crop does not respond to other treatments. Most of the time crop problems are related to other illnesses causing pressure inside the abdomen.
