Older Hen w/ Younger Ones?

I'm sure this gets asked often, but I have an odd situation. I have an 8 m/o white standard cochin who has been picked on badly by my other naughty hens

. I have her seperated with my rooster right now, but she doesn't seem happy there. When is is out in the run she keeps to herself and runs from the other hens.

This weekend I finished my bantam coop and put my 2, 3 m/o bantam cochins into it. I'm wondering if it would be safe to for them if I added my picked on cochin? She seems so sad I'd like to try something to make her feel wanted!!

Whatever you decide to do, remember to give them a period of time where they are seperate but visible to each other before combining. It helps them get sto know each other by sight and smell and then the pecking order rearrangement won't be sooo bad.
