Olive egger and Salmon Faverolle cockerels free in NY-NPIP

these guys are young good boys that need a home. Very healthy and well behaved. Not sure of ages but they are under 3 months. Free to good homes. Handled daily.

Salmon Faverolle looks male, but I'm not so sure about the olive egger. What makes you think he is a him?

Because he is starting to get the streamer feathers in his tail.

I think that EE is a pullet, as I don't see any male characteristics on her. No red on the wings, no pointy saddle feathers... Tail feathers perfectly spoon shaped, just like my little EE. If I lived a bit closer I'd take her off your hands.

I'm telling you all it's definately a rooster. Why would their be red on the wings or is that a typo? He has streamers just starting to come out the end of his tail. It's not perfectly spoon shaped.

Red on the shoulder of the wings is indicative of a cockerel.

I'm not upset at all. I'm just 100% sure it's a cockerel, lol. I have another one that's older that stayed very feminine except for the streamer tail feathers and just the other day he crowed. Son of a gun!

Yes roosters get the pretty long flowing tail feathers that sometimes have the shinny green, they call those streamers.
