Olive egger gender??

Hi everyone! Bought 4 rare breeds that included an olive egger. The breeder is what I would call questionable

This 'girl'? hasn't laid any eggs yet and has just started crowing like the most vocal rooster you've ever heard! I have watched but haven't seen any signs of any action in the rooster department.

Hmm, I’m thinking cockerel…just kinda has that cockerel look.
Not completely sure though.
