Got 3 olive eggers , as they got older look like Barred Rock with the poof on top?

They said all hens and olive eggers ? Are they?

First time for me for olive eggers

Yep, those look like barred Olive Eggers, and lovely girls. One of the breeds commonly used to make colored eggers is Cream Crested Legbar, which is where the blue egg gene, barring and crest come from. :)

CCL stands for Crested Cream Legbar. A Legbar is a breed of chicken known for their adorable crest and beautiful blue eggs, and they come in a variety of colors, with cream being one. Cream is the most popular color so many people mistake the only color Legbars come in is cream. All Legbars are crested, but a lot of people call Cream Legbars "Crested Cream Legbars/CCL" regardless.

In fact, if you look at my profile picture, that is Hazel, my Cream Legbar who passed away years back.
