Olive Egger or Male Leg Creambar?

We were pretty certain we had a roo on our hands, but the breeder just suggested he may still be a she but not a Cream Legbar. Possibly an Easter Egger. I'm hoping someone has had one this color around the same age. She/He does have some flecks of brown throughout the feathers but it doesn't show up here well. The first two pics were from around 4 weeks, and the second two are from around 5.

I had some Crested Cream Legbars before, and my rooster went to freezer camp, but not because I am unable to have a rooster here. He attacked me.

I have a good rooster now. Not all rooster's are bad.
