Olive egger

I got colorful layers april 1 when they were 8-10 weeks old and was told this is an Olive Eggers hen but I think it’s a rooster. It is very larger but not crowing yet. Also, any insight on possible breed?

Looks like a maturing pullet to me. I dont see anything screaming cockerel.
I really hope so. The tail feathers and height are what have me questioning. It’s very tall and slender vs my hens that are shorter and stocky
