Don't know, am not good with plumage genetics.
Blue is tricky and not sure how the Wellie would contribute.
Best to start a thread in the 'general breed' or genetics' forum.

Oh silly me, I thought you meant egg colour. Duh!

Hmmm... my flock includes a Welsummer Rooster and a couple Americana hens. Given how dark brown Welsummer eggs are, maybe I'll hatch some of crosses and see if I don't get some nice Olive Eggers.

Are you sure they are actually Ameraucana?
Even if they are Easter Eggers you have a 50-50 chance of getting some OE's.
