I believe so. With the BCM roo over CL hen anyways. I am hatching some this year and can update you on that of you want.

A solid colored rooster over a barred hen will produce sex-linked offspring. The cockerels will have a white spot on their head, signifying that they are barred. The pullets will not be barred. If I am correct, when the pullets feather out they will be black with a little bit of copper on the hackle. Resembling a Black Copper Marans hen.
