Legbars are really hard to come by in the USA. If you want some, you are going to have to pay.

I don't know the breeder, but if the birds are top quality, any breed of show bird is going to cost you some money for the best quality, although probably not that much. Price goes up because they are a rare breed. Price goes up again if they are exhibition quality, price goes up yet again if it is a rare color.
